For more than 30 years I have successfully led sales organizations in the electronics component and industrial distribution industries. Experienced in sales of IP&E electronics, wireless technology as well as the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) I have consistently created winning results.  As a sales executive in the electronics and industrial distribution industry as well as developing channel strategies for manufacturers I know the power of a strong distribution strategy.

Key to any success is recruitment and development of professional sales teams and leveraging an ecosystems of partnerships   I have been intimately involved in revenue growth of companies, P&L management, sales team development, and critical growth of market-share as well as building customer reach using a pragmatic approach in the development of a winning sales process.

I strategically developed a channel strategy while enlisting an ecosystems of distribution partnerships working with a M2M Connectivity manufacturer. This allowed the business to scale upwards with customer reach and was paramount to revenue growth and bottom line profits with 48% growth though the channel.

My background includes successfully turning around a declining sales situation and growing revenues by 66% in a 5 year period. Paramount in this was recovering lost customers and vendor confidence while successfully becoming an integral part of their growth. I believe that mutual trust translates to growth of opportunity.

With a critical view of the sales process my philosophy includes targeted customer engagement, solution based sales strategy and engagement of a network of win / win relationships in the most efficient means.
